Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on the collection ordered.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Shipping Locations

At this time, Permanently Yours Jewelry ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays & Carrier Issues

Permanently Yours Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service or carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to control carrier delivery timelines.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Permanently Yours Jewelry is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Permanently Yours Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
